Items received damaged must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery to customer. Exchange of damage item will only be allowed for the exact item. After 48 hrs your exchange will be voided. Return shipping fee are covered by the customer. The return must reach us within 5 business days. After the 5th business day the damage item will be returned back to the customer without exchange. If the item is unavailable, exchange item request must be for equal value of original purchase total, not including shipping. Due to no return or store credit under any circumstance.
